Bro hell yes. Been trying to find someone to watch reaction wise to movies. Good movie choices, check. Not ridiculous or non genuine like streamers, check. Decent to look at, super check. At least a little intelligent or informed about.. anything, pretty big check too. Been trying to find a reaction channel that gives genuine, interesting and informed reactions, that is nice to look at so during down times or boring parts I can look at and be like, nice, and possibly watch some of the movies, myself, later on so a good choice of movies as well. Its a lot more difficult to find than you'd think. Earned yourself another sub, ma'am. Thanks for the good content.

One thing they don't explain in the movies about Quicksilver is that his powers don't have an on/off switch. He perception of reality being slow is constant, in the comics it gives him a very irritable attitude.

That bit where he destroyed the bully's truck was so cowardly and lame. It's equivalent to a lame guy keying someone's car because they couldn't fight. I'm not saying Clark should have punched the bully, but the writers should have come up with something clever to put the bully in his place without resorting to violence.

You should watch the new x men show too, especially because beast is fantastic in it.

Just in general..that movie had the scariest ending of any movie I have ever seen

The mistique and logan thing at the end is totally forgotten in the next movies lol it's literally never mentioned again, i guess she TRIED to save him and failed, presumably the real Striker showed up and intervened to actually recover Wolverine for the weapon X program, but it's seriously never, ever mentioned again and you just have to assume that's what happened, or she was working with striker.... but again it's never mentioned or explored lol.

Magneto is being terrible in this movie. Hes causing the very thing that hes trying to prevent. You dont expect to do that to the President and Joint Chiefs on TV, and create a better world for mutants.

Days of Future Past is arguably the greatest superhero movie ever made. It's smart, slick and tight. Every time I watch this movie, I have the same reactions to everything that happens and Ive seen Days of FuturePast many times since it first came out. Its almost as if James Cameron made it himself. 🤔 Days of Future Past is a timeless masterpiece. The Quicksilver scenes alone put this movie on another level. Everyone went into this movie expecting to hate him and his look. But thanks to expert craftsmanship, Quicksilver INSTANTLY won over almost everyone. Then Evan Peters totally earns all the love with his delivery of lines like "WhipLAAASH." The timeless complexity of the Paris Peace Conference scene is another great example of why Days of Future Past is the best. There is so much going on in one scene, it could be super easy for the audience to get lost. But the craftsmanship of the scene holds everything together, despite all of the tension and emotions.

This is my second time watching your reaction to infinity war. I just noticed the reference to John Wick at the end and I loved it!!! Even Thanos says “…oh” he knows he’s fucked for killing John Wick’s dog. That just made the whole video for me. I’m sorry you went through the stages of grief at the end. Hey, Jacqueline! I absolutely love this movie! The fusion of both casts and the juggling of so many moving parts was near virtuosic! Had you seen THE ROGUE CUT, as was recommended, you would have seen Anna Paquin's Rogue brought back into the fold for a phenomenal action sequence in which Magneto and Charles really cut loose barely getting away with their lives from the Sentinels! DO NOT watch the films in release order! Follow this RECOMMENDED ORDER instead which keeps the multiple timelines orderly and enables the young cast to have a consecutive trilogy with "Days of Future Past" set in the 1970s, "Apocalypse" set in the 1980s, "Dark Phoenix" set in the 1990s and "Deadpool" set in the 2000s. "Deadpool" does NOT come next! The end-credit scene ties into "X-MEN: APOCALYPSE"! I rank this film higher than X2 because it came closer to approximating its comic book inspiration despite the "Days of Future Past" source material being a greater level of difficulty to adapt than "God Loves, Man Kills". I always give the X films latitude with respect to comic accuracy because they continue laying track for a locomotive that already left the station. Despite some unavoidable relationship and plot changes, this adaptation really captures the spirit of the Claremont era. The powerful duality of Charles and Erik remains the core of these films and you get a double dose of it here: as young antagonists making a temporary alliance and as weary, regretful veterans reconciling while facing extinction. JLaw's Mystique remains the moral fulcrum, Evan Peters' Quicksilver delivers a bravura showpiece stunt and Hugh Jackman's Wolverine gets to play in the same sandbox with the kids! However, there's no shortage of X foes like Mr. Sinister, the Brood, Sauron, Bastion, Selene, Exodus, Proteus, Reavers, etc that could have come into play and plenty of unresolved contention between Mags and Charley that could have easily flared up providing fodder for numerous exploits. The speculation is part of the fun! That was a Skrull, not a Kree lol. This series was a real study on trauma. Wanda didn't intentionally create everything but it more or less came from her intense grief. But she did become the villain by keeping all the people hostage. When she's reading the DarkHold she's doing it in her astral form but what makes it really amazing is that she's making tea while doing it. Doctor Strange would be laying down when he did it so it's letting you know what Agatha said about she is more powerful than the Sorcerer Supreme. Doctor Strange was actually supposed to show up in this series and the commercials were supposed to be his way of helping her but they scrapped it. This was the first of he Disney+ series and I enjoyed it. Also - Monica is also in the comics and doesn't lose her powers.

I've fallen behind on your reactions but it's good to see you reacted to this series. The Scarlet Witch name drop was big for many that read the comics and waited for the MCU to finally call her that. Also, this version of Vision is actually in the comics as well. Agatha is the great! There were clues that she would be revealed as Agatha, particularly, her brooch but you would have had to read the comics to pick up on it.

The woman that can turn to diamond is Emma frost! Shes a very strong telepath and her specialty is she has the ability to block other people from reading her and others minds. She can also turn her body completely to diamond which gives her super durability and an extent of super strength. She’s actually a very important character in the x-men franchise and is a staple member of the X-men. It’s unfortunate they didn’t develop her further :(

Now that you've seen the theatrical version, you HAVE to see X-Men Days of Future Past: The Rogue Cut. It's SOOOO much better, and X-plains the plot differently. Also, the end credit scene, is hinting of Apocalypse and his Four Horsemen. Death, War, Famine, and Pestilence.
